I’m really happy to live in this apartment complex and truly grateful for the maintenance team, they’re always on top of everything, responsive, and do a great job keeping the community in great shape. My only complaint is about the DOG PARK. I really wish some residents would be more responsible and pick up after their dogs. It’s not fair to other tenants who want to enjoy the space, and it’s definitely not fair for the maintenance team to have to clean up after someone else’s pet. Our first month here has been amazing! Jorge has been extremely helpful and will work hard to fix any issues you have. He came late at night to fix my apartment and had a smile on his face the whole time. I’m very pleased with everything and have no complaints.

My partner and I recently moved in and Matt and Debbie did amazing with helping this community feel like home. I have no issues with my unit and the property is well maintained and office staff have shown to be very professional and compassionate. Thank you guys for such a good experience with my move in.
I’ve had a positive experience working with Canopy at citrus park. The community itself is well maintained, peaceful but, what really sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Working with Debbie has been truly amazing. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and with a great attitude. The entire team here makes you feel welcomed and valued!
