I leased a new Canon Image Press C810 last summer. I specifically chose this machine for the ability to run 16pt. coated stock and envelopes. Since it's installation it has never produced acceptable copies on any kind of coated stock. Technicians have looked at it adjusted the fuser temperature, and told me the 16pt. was outside the acceptable paper weights for the machine.
