Bout to find a new place to order from, cannot get a hold of anyone. And when I do they hang up half way through the call, tried the live chat all of a sudden doesn’t work smh 🤦🏽♀️ and they wont tell you if the ink is backordered till you buy it, put you through hell to cancel it after.

Always nice, Victoria treats us better than we deserve. Since Victoria smartly Left Canon USA. Our service has been horrible. Their internal numbers are a lie for bonuses. We have had a leased 9270 that has been down for most of its contract. We have a fax machine that's been screaming like a 3 yo girl for 3 weeks. Do not use this company. The only person who can make decision is in san diego.
