I wish I could give zero stars—this experience doesn’t even deserve one. I went to Dr. Nielsen for an implant crown based on a referral. We completed the mold together, but when the crown arrived, I was immediately unhappy with how it looked and felt. I voiced my concerns, but he still required me to pay for it. The next day, he called and offered to “make it right,” but said it might cost me more and he’d follow up. If you're new to Ventura and looking for a dentist look no further! Our whole family goes here and really enjoys visiting their office. He is very knowledgeable and the entire staff is incredibly friendly.
Been going to this practice for many years as well as my family. Always recommend them!
