Worse than proficient, Property Management. They can’t fix anything.
When I started working with Louis at Canon City Property Management, I had one tenant behind on rent that required Eviction, and damage in both units needing repair. Louis managed everything for me as I am an out of town owner, Including Representing me in Court for the Eviction. He obtained a Contractor for the repairs needed, coordinated with the Contractor on the repairs, managed all payments, etc. I can't say enough good things about Canon City Property Management. Great experience and great people to work with.
