Went in to cash a small check I received in the mail from a settlement. The teller refused to cash it because I had already signed it she said it has to be signed in front of her. The check is in my name, she never asked for ID to verify just refused to help me.
Called to see if they exchange dollars to pesos and received such a horrible response from this girl who had attitude.
Been coming here every week for almost 3 years. All of the employees here have been nothing but absolutely great and friendly. Never had a problem. That's why I won't go anywhere else. And neither should you.
