Excellent. I definitely was not expecting to leave the dentist's office actually smiling but sure enough, the staff and dentist are so friendly and caring, it puts you right at ease. I have complex health conditions and am used to health professionals barely hearing me and dismissing half of what I'm saying and sticking to their normal routines regardless of what that means for me and having to deal with the aftermath.
