Had an outstanding experience buying my Native Slayer Propel 10 LTE from Canoe Kentucky this past weekend. Even though it’s the off-season, their communication and responsiveness were top-tier from the start. When I arrived for pickup, the team was exceptionally knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through every inch of the boat—especially dialed-in details like adjusting the seat geometry to get proper leverage and pedaling ergonomics on the Propel drive. Our experience here was great overall. We showed up at the last minute and they were able to get us on the bus and drop us off for the Elkhorn Creek trip. I wish they had been a little more descriptive about what the low water level was really going to mean in the kayaks (we got stuck on the rocks a lot) but perhaps tough to know all the time.
We had a great kayak experience with Canoe KY!
