We are very happy with our new home! We had High expectations, knowing what we wanted to achieve as part of the design of the house. Going through the wonderful sales person, Louise Randazzo, she shepherded us through the entire buying process from lot selection, working with the design center, and achieving the funding for the house. We were coming from Maryland and had to rely upon local assistance from the various Neal individuals. A decent new community with great outlay and infrustructure for residents (a pool, a pickleball, gym, party floor), but no green area for kids... I mean, seriously Neal? No kids' playground, no park, no fields? Given that there are two dog parks adding up to the football field size? It also lacks greenery. It is new, but it's at least 5 years old, already. Plant some trees.
We had an outstanding experience buying our Heritage model home at Canoe Creek! Ryan provided all the information we needed without any pressure, and Paul went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The entire process with Neal Communities was smooth and easy — almost like shopping on Amazon! Everyone we worked with was kind, professional, and made us feel truly cared for. We’re thrilled with our new home. Thank you to the entire team!
