Latte only visits the vet once a year for her vaccinations, but she gets very anxious and sensitive at the vet and needs to wear a muzzle, which can make her quite tense and reactive. Dr Kimberly was so kind, gentle and understanding. She explained everything so clearly, which helped me relax as well. Brought our pup here for an ear infection. Vet (sorry can’t remember her name) was fantastic. Explained everything well. Took the time to give Beau a quick check over. She was great with Beau. He was very at ease with her. Highly recommended.
