We had a terrible experience with Joel Mattila. He was unprofessional, unskilled, and lazy. When we showed up to view the first house, he hadn't arranged a viewing with the current owner's listing agent. He asked the owner's if we could tour the house while they (and their sleeping baby!) were home. We were mortified. When we would ask him for advice about writing an offer letter, how much to offer, what to ask for after the inspection, etc. he wouldn't help us. His negotiating skills are poor.
