My doctor moved his practice to the Heart Clinic, and now I have no direct access to him. I have to talk to recordings to get a prescription refilled, and recordings to change my appointment.Last tie I tried to get my prescription refilled, it took 3 days, because on the third day I had to drive to the clinic to find someone in his office who would listen to me and get the prescription refilled immediately. No patient should have to go 3 days without their medicine!

RecommendedWe have been coming here for years. I live all the way in Mission and travel to Mercedes to see the best staff ever!! I love them all!! Everyone treats my kiddos with so much love!! Totally recommend!
Front desk personnel have very little knowledge of what needs to happen. Only 3 people in the waiting room. Waited for 1:45 minutes for a urine drug test only to be asked if I was fasting. Fasting till 2:15 pm ? Only to find out later she was wrong . Horrible experience. You all need to invest in more training and customer service. A suggestion to the male nurse. If you don’t like your job ! Quit ! Super rude too
