Horrible service, tried to book an appointment lady on the phone tells me there isn’t anything available until January and when I tell her someone from the Dr office called me to book a follow up appointment for this week, she says there is no such appointment and hangs up on me. Doesn’t call back to book the appointment nothing. Don’t recommend, staff is in dire need of bedside manners with patients.

i came in for a headache so they think I have covid. if they're so concerned about covid they should put soap in the restroom for starters. now I remember why I don't like coming here. rude staff!!! and they seem to not answer phones when there's 8 receptionists sitting around. oh and not to mention I waited over 3hrs and no "call" that I was next. way to go! I just left and still no call back
People who choose to be in the medical field should treat the patient with respect, treat their patients as an individual and be kind. And when I went took a patient i saw the complete opposite. Rude, showed no empathy, did not let the patient finish or voice their concerns. That is your job and duty to the people who are in your care. RecommendedDr. Is a class act and has many years of experience. He’s down to earth and easy to approach on any subject matter. One time I had severe bronchitis for like three weeks and His treatment knocked the disease out of my system. I could go to any Dr in the valley but I choose Dr Roger Heredia. I highly recommend Dr Heredia.
RecommendedThey were quick and innovative on gathering information from me. The Doctor was calm and understanding and didnt just walk in and rush me off.
