My wife and I have been going to Dr Levy for years. He is an excellent doctor. However, since Cano health took over, the office has changed for the worst. The people who take the calls and do the scheduling are rude and ask too many personal health questions. Once again, Dr Levy is an excellent doctor but what was once a family practice is now more corporate like and impersonal.

Doctor & nurse are great. Office staff are terrible. I heard one ask a patient for his birthdate. He started to tell her, she interrupted him & said "No, that's not right!!" One also said to the other staff members "You'all are setting me up to fail." There are other experiences. Too many to tell.

All I wanted were my blood test results and was told I need to make an appointment! Time to find a new doctor. Called again on 5/25/22. Medical Assistant will call back because phone taker cannot give results. Received phone call at 9:16 am on 5/27. Missed call. No voice mail left. Called. Was put on hold. Came back and said I could make an appointment to get the results. I replied that I only want my results and don’t need an appointment. Asked that if the original caller would just leave a voicemail.
