CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL! I called for an appointment and the lady at the front desk put me on hold for 30 mins and then hung up, I drove to the office for her to tell me they don’t carry my insurance anymore … which could have been said over the phone, wasted my gas and time for nothing just for her to say Humana is confused ??they need more people who speak English ! today was a waste of my time and I really needed to see my doctor !
The customer service line is awful. I waited 3 hours for someone to answer and all it did was disconnect me. There has to be a better way for elderly patients to get in touch with the office location they go to. Unacceptable. If my doctors office did this to me I would drop them immediately.
