I made my first appointment as a new patient. It has been very critical that I go in ASAP since I just got insurance and have immediate needs. I called the morning of my appointment and they said it was cancelled. I never received an email, text, call or any type of communication for this significant calender schedule change. I have been on the phone with them for over two hours mostly on hold and no one has an answer for me. This is unacceptable. I will change this review if they make it right.
100 % DONT recommend this place. Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. It’s ridiculous.
The health care there is NOT… I have been dealing with my issue for 8 months now and I find out my caregiver either quit or was fired.. 1 month after my lab work I finally get a prescription called into the pharmacy… and I get conflicting instructions from the pharmacy on dosage… I’ve been trying to contact someone there for weeks now without any luck… I called to get a prescription refilled.. a drug I have been on for at least 15 years, same dosage… they tell me they won’t refill without coming in for an apt… I make it,…the... read more
Very poor service. No response from nurse we call many times & no response. Also they never senf prescription to the pharmacy. Horrible
Won't refill my blood pressure medication without me coming in. I am scheduled for back surgery next week and confined to wheelchair and cannot get in right now. Same doctor and same medication I've taken for years. They consider me a new patient even though Dr. Gonzalez has been my doctor over 15 years! Addendum: my husband went to the Cano office and was told Dr. Gonzalez does not work there any longer. She lasted less than 6 months! So, I have no doctor! And no medication.
