Cano Health management, you may not be aware of the problems with your location in pompano beach. My wife and I have aimed to give your team the benefit of the doubt(s), but are now moving on. No need to add more detail, as either you are aware, or will become aware.

They have terrible customer service. You fax a document and they claim they haven't received it, then they're rude to you and hung up the phone on you. I would never go to this office. Horrible company and extremely long hold times. I'm taking my mother out of this office.

If i would be able to do no stars I would. I am a patient for Cano Health and I requested a virtual appointment and their answering service made it with Dr. Armando Perez and after waiting on the televideo for 1 hour and 15 mins. His assistant calls me to tell me that he is not my doctor so he will not see me to go to an urgent care or emergency room. Where is his oath!!!!?????

My experience was not good at all ! I won’t get into all the specifics, but I will say I won’t be going back ever ! I highly recommend anyone to skip this particular location. Staff sucks starting with the manager.

Driving down cypress to mcnab and their cano health driver was going nuts in the van, acting like traffic should stop and move over for her. Flicking people off… she probably needs a check up herself, i couldn’t imagine having this lady actually helping people in day to day health issues
