Patient portal for seniors? Really? I have never had much luck using those. This one is frustrating. I even called for assistance and still can't get it. They never sent an email to direct me to the site. Something wet wrong there. We checked my address. Still no response. Very frustrating

Treated us great until we we setup with them as our PCP. They assigned us a dr. Castillo. When they set us up with an appt. they assigned us Dr. SILVA. No big deal since you seldom see the pcp only the PA. We'll it seems they set it up to where we have to see Castillo or it is billed as out of network with copay. They were the ones who called Cigna and set it up and they were the ones who made an appt with Silva because I guess Castillo wasn't available.
