I'm giving 3 stars bc I like my dr. (Dr. MAJID). BUT I called there today and wanted a note to go back to work bc I had COVID and had been out of work for a week, and wanted to be safe, and have a back up doctor's note saying I was safe. Super bad Referral department.Specialist order CT scan and they keep on messing up the order.Has being a month and i have not being able to schedule for the correct exam.They keep on putting wrond refferal test🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

How does a whole office move and not notify patients. Try calling and they are experiencing high call volumes. Can't get any information.

I tried to make an appointment as a new customer. They bounced me around their phone system for 20 minutes. Hard pass.

An absolute disaster, the dr prescribed meds and then could not manage to send the prescription to the pharmacy. This med center is a big corporation and it’s a disaster. Just to send 1 prescription to a pharmacy took many emails, calls and we personally had to back to the clinic to resolve.
