I’ve been a patient for 2 years, coming to Florida as my new home, starting over with a new PCP was easy transfer, my care for routine and follow up testing and continued care for issues, I’m very pleased with the care.
Doctor Hector is Great, but the admins are sub par, they forget doctors orders. The admins forget appointments, I give them a print out with pictures, & details, and still they call me as if admins dont have the details. Very sloppy and unorganized. Lost my eyewear as I fainted in the office took them hours to retrieve it. There english is very bad and also there spanish. They mumble on the phone. Please doctor clean your house.
Worst place ever , staff are a disaster .... difficult to get anything done , Never answer phone , worse customer service ever !!!
