One of the best drs clinics I have ever attended, the wait time in the lobby was under 20 minutes and the front desk staff and nurses were really kind. After my appointment I attended the activity center and did some yoga.
Took my parents to see the doctor there and on 2 occasions they never sent the medication to the pharmacy. We had to call several times and wait a long time in order to verify with them. We had the same issue on the second time we visited, they never sent the medication to the pharmacy. How can a medical facility run like this if they can’t send the medication required for their patients? Please don’t bother and take your loved ones to another doctor.
I took my mother there for evaluation for memory issues and hopefully some health coaching. They were more concerned about switching her over to the preferable Medicare Plan than with the health problems she was having. They would not give her a cognitive test. That was something they just didn't do there. A simple "draw a clock" and "remember 3 words" was too much to ask of them.
