I was told to consult my doctor prior to starting a new medication because I am 72 years old. I also want to get my Covid booster and flu shot, but since I left a message on Friday, Sept. 24th no one has returned my call. I have had many previous complaints due to mis-communication and apathy. I am going to switch my records to another doctor!
TOTAL CRAP! The medical practice used to be about a patient relationship with a doctor. Many of us have had our same doctor for DECADES! Not at Cano... They believe that just any old doctor can treat you; 'one-size-fits-all' medicine! If you care. About your health. Dont go to cano health. It is the worst. You can never get in touch with a doctor. No walk ins. If you have an emergency and need to speak to your doctor. Forget it. Wont happen. Worst place ever
Worst clinic in central Florida. It used to be ok when it was Central Florida Internist, now it looks like a Russian or Chinese Huan clinic. The doctors don't know what they doing, you can't barely see a doctor. The appointments are always in 3 months. The last time I've requested for a virtual appointment to see a doctor, they ended up making me see a nurse, whom was very unprofessional. I’m a member of the Little Havana location was skeptical prior to going because I’ve had my same doctor for over 20 years so the thought of changing Doctors due to new insurance had me worried ,well I went in met Janette in reception so nice and helpful then met Dr Vieira really happy with my decision all the staff really nice. 😊
