Conviva healthcare center on S Zarzamora St is an amazing place! I am a fairly new patient still, but because of the staff I feel as if I've been there for many years. Upon my first visit to the center my health was all over the place and not so good I was afraid of it further declining but after discussing things with Dr.Mezzles on my first visit, and given a better care plan my health has began to improve much better. I was in a bad place mentally today. The staff was very helpful and understanding. They got me the help I needed and thanks to the Conviva nurses ( especially Diane) I'm not out at Laurel Ridge.
