Sad the office it’s closing here in Deerfield, happy I found a new dentist (Dental Fix) within the city! Very honest and friendly
DOES ANYBODY ANSWER THE PHONE AT THIS PLACE. I can’t even comment on the actual service when I can’t even get someone to answer the phone I was on hold for ONE HOUR. And I keep calling and same thing .
The worst dental office I have ever been to. Spanish speaking receptionist is difficult to talk to because she cannot relay information properly to non Spanish-speaking people. I was asked to supply information on implants done 16 years ago in NY. The specialist in NY asked for current x-rays to identify the implants. I had to pay $10.00 for Cano to send the x-rays and never heard from them again. When I called today, they said the information was sent to my email and I needed to send it to them.
