Yoooo never go here...First, the dentist burned my gums doing a deep clean without any anesthesia...then the lady dealing with my insurance had the nurve to try to force me to get into a payment plan for 35000

Me han cancelado 3 citas, llevo un año esperando por ellos después que me dan cita me la cancelan y te dan distintas justificaciones aún siendo miembro de la misma, pésimo todo si me dieran la opción de poner 0 estrellas lo haría con mucho gusto

This place should be shut down had to wait a year to even be seen tried to call and see if there was a cancellation to get me in earlier and she wouldn't check or even look up the record

In a nutshell, it is one of the worst places I have dealt with in United States. Very poor customer service, they do not answer telephone calls not to mention (the straw that broke the camels back) since April 25. They don't answer the phone nor do they call you back. I went to the office twice ofter my initial visit to ask them to send my x-rays to another dentist to get a second opinion. The lady at the front desk said both times that it would be done by the end of the day. Never happened. I had to pay out of pocket at the second dentist as they are not on the plan but I don't feel as if I was being told that I needed something I didn't.
