Horrible service and food!
We took out of town guest here on Friday, August 31, 2018. We had a reservation for six at 6:00 pm. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated and the restaurant was half empty. They seated us by the window in a hot corner. I asked to have the fan turned in our direction, which was never done. Our drinks came right away, ice tea with no ice and no sweetener. Great food Wonderful service Spectacular View Will be back
We went to cannons to celebrate our seventh anniversary. We were married there and in the past have enjoyed celebrating at a place that means so much to us. I made a reservation with a few special requests. Upon arrival we were greeted by a young tall blonde woman. She asked if we were there for happy hour, I told her multiple times we had a reservation, she never asked our name and walked away heading up the stairs. We sat outside on the patio and had Happy Hour drinks and snacks. They were a bit pricier than next door at the Chart House but not unreasonable and the view is fantastic.
We had a horrible experience on Mother’s Day. Although we had an 1130 reservation at 1:30 we were still waiting for our food. My dad is diabetic and desperately needed to eat something. So, we finally got up and left. This obviously ruined our Mother’s Day celebration for both my wife and mother. We we’re repeatedly told, “only 5 more minutes”. To compound the problem, I had a flight to catch that afternoon and thought the three hours I had allotted for lunch was plenty of time.
