Cannons was brokering a boat I was purchasing sight unseen in person. I gave a very complete and accurate description of my expectations. The salesperson assured me that the boat was in Great Condition as it was described on the cannons website. Upon taking delivery of the boat, this was incredibly far from the case. We’ve been using Cannon’s for a while now - mostly for service on our Grady White and Yamaha Outboards. We also spent a pretty good chunk of money to have our boat repowered with twin Yamahas there recently. We get the impression that since we aren’t spending 300k on a brand new boat that we aren’t very important to Cannon’s. We have been trying for almost 6 weeks to get a trim tab replaced and we have basically been getting the cold shoulder. I know they’re not making much money off of the trim tab. We looked through our dealer records, and while we do have records for a customer with the last name of French who repowered more than a year ago, we do not have any record of a call from you to schedule service or buy a trim tab. I have always had nothing but a great experience bringing my boat here for service. This year I found out that I needed to have major work done on my motor. The service dept. gave me time and options to help me make a decision that was best for me. I just picked up the boat and ran it a couple of hours and I am so happy with the work as the boat runs great.
