The staff and service at Cannons is great! With as much damage as my truck had I figured it’d never be close to the same again but it turned out great. When we had to wait on the windshield to come in they made arrangements to come to my work and pick the truck up and return it to me before the end of the day, better yet the truck came back fully detailed for a second time. I have been dealing with Cannon's for at least 20 years. Anything that me or my family needs, accidents or just small dents, dings or scratches, Cannon's has always been there! Customer Service is beyond expectation. The ladies in the office always greet each customer with a smile. They give fast, friendly service! Unbelievable how bad a job the shop did. I brought my truck in based on there reputation boy was it wrong. The vehicle was painted and none of there work matched the car they also misaligned the body panel. The car has gone back 3 times so they could fix their mistakes but after the third time the paint is still wrong and the body panels don't match. What a waste of my time and money. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!
I have never had such wonderful customer service from an Auto shop (or anywhere else for that matter) like I have received from the girls in this office! Ashley and Kelsey were so awesome to deal with and extremely helpful. Ashley went above and BEYOND several times talking to the insurance company for me and I am extremely grateful for all of her help and everyone else that helped along the way. I will never use another shop!!
