Great service - an awesome shop all around. This is the best bike service I've received in the area, by far. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. And a happy place to go!

Had a great experience with these guys. They are very helpful. Very happy to talk about various features, parts, riding styles. Had them build me two bikes. Didn't like the first but loved the second. There was no pressure to buy either but picked up a GT Grade Alloy X. The bike is amazing. Would not have even looked at it at first but after speaking with them and had them understand what type of riding I do, they recommended the GT. Overall they are now my new go to bike shop. Don't get your bike tuned up here. Over the two years Cannondale has been open we've gotten two road bikes tuned up twice (we've also bought gear). The bikes have always been late (more than a week over estimated time) and there is often something wrong that requires you to bring your bike back, and even then it might not be totally fixed. If you care about riding, go somewhere else - like ATA Cycle in Concord which is regularly voted one of the best bike shops in the country. Prices are about the same, too.
