Mr. Ron M Had a power outage on a Sunday morning. Generator started automatically and ran for a few minutes then shut down. Called Cannondale, their Tech Bob D was at my home within about an hour to find the generator had thrown and damaged a belt. He could have had me wait until Monday, but instead drove around until he found an auto parts store open who had the correct belt and within two hours from power outage I was back on the generator! Thanks Bob!
Appalling customer service - and expensive - What else is there to say? I queried the length of time a service was taking, and the costs associated with servicing and three weeks later after having a pleasant conversation with someone at their office was terminated suggesting that it was "adversarial" (their word not mine) to ask those kind of questions. I went somewhere else and have been paying half as much, for a much better and more inclusive service. They unwittingly did me a favor.
