I have had multiple people servicing my pool. They are in and out in 5 minutes. Which means they aren’t doing everything they are supposed to. Price keeps going and quality of service keeps going down. Gonna have to find someone different to do my pool.
Bill and his team provided us with excellent service for many years. They were always professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them for all your pool service needs!
We have been using Cannonball for over a year now and the previous home owner used them as well. Our new weekly pool guy (Jay) is awesome! He is the best that we have ever had. They replaced our pool heat pump with a gas heater this week and made the job a priority. The installation was extremely professional and cost effective based on other bids that I received. Thanks Bill for keeping our pool beautiful!
The owner of this company. BILL BROWN...Is a crook and a slime ball!! He sleeps with his female employees,.doesn't pay on time, and is an unethical business owner. I would not recommend this company for any reason whatsoever. They will over charge you on service calls, employees are encouraged to break things so that they can do repairs for a ridiculously inflated price. What an awesome service experience I had today with the service tech from Cannonball Pool. I recently purchased a new home (only three weeks ago) and the pool pump stopped working, so I called Cannonball (as they were the company that the previous owner was using). They sent the tech to me immediately and it was determined that the pump hand burned out, but what happened at that point is where I was blown away with a service experience that is hard to find.
