Cannon Properties just off loaded all their apartment buildings to be run by management company. Cannon sent everyone a letter it will be just like Cannon running it. But, not the case . My renewal came up and now the rent went up from 40 dollars more from previous year to 125.00. That's ridiculous! Especially, for having a apartment complex not fall from chester. I guess we'll paying for Cannon to pay for the management company to run the buildings.
