First and Foremost - the 5 star reviews on here on from employees & or family members that have never even been a resident in their HOA communities ( probably a good idea to change the name and not post as ' CANNON' as your last name). hands down the worst HOA I have ever dealt with. Alex Cannon is unresponsive, to a point where we have had to get legal involved. They collect HOA dues and do not deliver on anything they are supposed to. I moved in and found a ton of mold and dirt in my HVAC after turning it on. The leasing agent said they check it and that it was clean. She did lie as you can see.
