I moved in and found a ton of mold and dirt in my HVAC after turning it on. The leasing agent said they check it and that it was clean. She did lie as you can see.

So far I have not had a lot of experience with Cannon Properties. They have just taken over a condominium complex of which I am an owner of one unit. 100 condominiums sit on a beautiful 15 acres of treed property.The previous management did not mow the lawn before the purchase. Now the lawn has not been mowed on the 15 acres for some time and the grass is over 1 foot tall. I may lose a tenant over this.
