Cannon pharmacy north in Kannapolis by the Whataburger is the best. Alex that answers the phone is always so sweet and kind to me. He ALWAYS helps me out if he can. He is the only one there that can help me out with getting my meds in a timely manner. I don't know why but he is the best and deserves a big raise! I have been with them for years and until I had started speaking to Alex I was getting ready to find another pharmacy. They never seemed to be able to have my meds ready when I needed them. Cannon Pharmacy in Kannapolis NC great is all categories except for answering the PHONES. I have call several times and have been put on hold for over 5 minutes and then sometimes like today and I was on hold for over 7 minutes and then it starts ringing and it rings for 20 or 25 times and then it hangs me up and disconnected the call. I always call back and tell them and they are very sorry but nothing changes.
