On their website they claim they deliver “an exceptional car-buying experience.” Their core values are “honesty, reliability, and superior customer service.” This is far from the truth at least for my experience. Back in February I stopped by to test drive a vehicle. I liked it but did not make a deal that Saturday (Feb. 22). Monday I talked to Ty, a sales manager, and we ended up making a deal. went for the “prize” in the mail, talked to 2 different people over the phone who assured me that it was not a scam, drove 30 minutes here and talked to 3 different people who did the same thing & a girl named Autumn sat and lied in my face doing unnecessary paperwork slurping on a sucker for 20 minutes rambling trying to get me to trade my car in but couldnt seem to give any details on how that would work since i have never traded in a vehicle before. i was then given a pair of fake airpods after being told over the phone b... read more
