Horrible crooks run this place. AVOID Cubesmart!!!!especially Frazer location. Chuck and other associates there are beyond nasty and rude and threatened me. I am seeking legal counsel. I have never been late one time on a payment, and I kindly asked them to waive a $21.00 late fee as courtesy when I tried to pay my bill 5 hours past the cut off time - my internet went down the night before.
