Great customer service stopped in to upgrade my unit and he was leaving for lunch and stayed open for me and got everything done and took the time to! Very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend them. I have been using them for a couple years and have referred people too !

Just want to say I was concerned because my stuff was in storage for more time than I had intended. But everything that I had put in, was in the same condition as it was several years prior, even though I hardly ever had time to check on the unit. Frasier was an excellent place to store my things, and hopefully I won’t have to do it again but if I did, that’s where I would go. Thanks, CubeSmart Frasier.!!

After having storage in the same location for about 10 years, I had to empty my container due to rising costs. I never imagined I would be paying nearly $175 a month for a 5x10 non conditioned storage unit for so long. Customer service seemed a little more difficult to reach the past few years since covid. Hours of operation weren't the best either. I recently went to throw away a trash bag from my storage unit and the dumpster bins inside of the gate were all locked. Cubesmart raises their rates endlessly. If you're renter for more than a year, you need to change to a different unit every year in order to capture a reasonable rate. They do not value long term renters.
