Beware of Cubesmart. They offer units at a discounted price to get you in. After a few months of paying normal rates they increase your rent by almost 40%. People move out just as quick as they move in. This company is a complete scam. I initially moved in with the 1/2 off offer for the first 3 months, then started paying the normal rate of $390 for a 10x30 unit, roughly 3 months later they raised the rate to $570. It's not bad. Lil pricey after the year promotion.
Chuck at Cubesmart in Frazer, PA was very professional and curteous. The unit was very clean as well
