For the most part friendly staff.. Very busy and computer problems cause a longer er stay I'm sure... The blood vampire lady got me on the first try which is very rare... Loved the ultrasound woman, Ashley I think because I was loopy.. Lol
I want to thank the Outpatient Services staff for always being kind and courteous. They go above board to make us feel comfortable and that we really matter to them. My son and I come there frequently for lab work and testing and they treat us like family. The Patient information ( medical records)staff also are excellent. They are prompt, kind and efficient. About 6 weeks ago, I came to the ER with a life threatening heart problem. Dr. Caldwell and the staff made me feel safe and kept me aware of all that went on. I also fe... read more
Had my Granny there for a procedure. The stretcher didn't even have the brakes on and she almost fell when the bed slid out from under her.... Don't go even if it's an emergency!
The medical staff were all extremely courteous and professional. The staff treated my best friend with the utmost respect and care, when he was came to the hospital in a great deal of pain. I am very pleased with the level of care and the professionalism that was exhibited during his brief visit.
We were there with our son yesterday Monday April 10th and they were so good and helpful and caring dealing with our sons illness. But we were there on Friday to begin with and it was an awful experience. I was shocked by Friday's experience we had there.
