I did not like the nurses they treated me and my husband like we were stupid and giving us faces on what was going on with me would not tell me hcg levels at all when I asked and did not updated MyChart so I can see my results
We checked into Emergency at 7:35 Pm. My wife in severe abominable pain. After about 20 minutes we finally got to triage. For one hour we sat in an empty room, no nurse, Doctor, janitor nor mouse even opened the door to see how the patient was doing. When I checked with the nurse station, I was informed “it is busy “.My opinion, a poor excuse for bad service. 15 minutes later… no one has still come by…to even see if all was OK… NO ONE. and my wife was in excruciating pain. Dr. Coco was amazing and the whole team (specially Larry i think was his name, i’m not sure because i was nearly unconscious for the pain) were amazing. Super polite and thoughtful and put my dislocated elbow back in place very fast considering the circumstances. I’m very grateful to them
I had great service at the time I was a patient here with Dr. Ellis, who has since retired. Besides this, I would not recommend this place at all. There is no absolutely no transparency with their billing system despite numerous phone calls and conversations in person during the time I received services here. I have changed my address in their system several times, set up a payment plan, paid off all of my debts to them (or so I thought) and still have bills sent to collections after years of receiving services here. I didn't think I would make it here without Jessica Storer but Ella Markland has been taking good care of me. If Ella isn't available, nurse Jessica and Cindy always make sure I have what I need.
