I’m sharing a screen shot to show how absolutely unprofessional this rental agency is. I’ve experienced some of those issues as well. I waited years for them to fix something that was very unsafe until I just did it myself. Typical slum lords that just like to kick back and profit off of your paychecks.
Think twice before renting from here!! Doesn’t give anyone a second chance, my rental application was denied from what I was told past rental history, remind you I have been at my current address for 5 years never missed a rent payment.so how can you overlook this history that current to go based on history that’s not current, everyone makes mistakes.
