Best part of buying a car here is Robert Bradshaw! I've never met a more charismatic salesman. He was super friendly,laughing with us and treated us like friends. Never pushy. F&I manager was same. As Soon as I told her what I wanted and didn't want she didn't pressure me at all, but instantly drew up the paperwork. I got a beautiful car at a good deal. I will definitely seek Robert out for my next vehicle.
We have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and have had problems with our 2022 Ford F-350 dually. The tires on our truck have been recalled and one person said they would get us new tires and they got rid of her. Now there is a leak. They kept our truck for about a month and said they fixed and changed all the carpet and when we picked it up the truck still smelled of mildew and the carpet was still soaking wet, they told us to spray Febreze in our vents and air filter. I don't normally write reviews, but after working with Lindsey Smith at Cannon, I felt the need to do just that. Lindsey is patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She worked with me on my services and inquired about my current and future service needs. I was impressed by the customer service skills in such a young person. I run a small business and if I could afford to pay her what she's worth... I'd steal her from ya'll!! Thanks so much!
