Purchased a Yukon on 10/8/2022 with bumper to bumper warranty for 25 months or 25K miles. Check engine light came on 13 days later. Dropped the vehicle off on 10/22/22. Called this afternoon (10/24/22), to the service dept... they had no idea what I was talking about. The vehicle has been sitting in the same place I left it (Left the Keys with Salesperson DAVID). This is a great company to work with. When no other company would approve me I got approved plus a great APR rate. Did I mention my car was brand new with less than 50 miles on it ! Plus I got two free oil changes. And did I mention the great warranty. Cannon is a pretty awesome car dealership and I would recommend everybody go to them.
this sounds like a personally biased review, not based on quality of sales or service. i've always found everyone to be friendly and helpful. this is close to libel.
