Trenton is the best sales person I have ever seen and was so nice and very helpful. I would recommend him 100 percent satisfaction and I really would love his service and he understood my financial concerns.
After looking for a vehicle I spoke with a salesman at jp ford. After talking gor about 30 mins Jp himself got on our phone call and talked to me personally stating that he already had my approval of a 25 to 35k loan and all I needed to do was come down and bring my trade in and pick out the truck I wanted. On their website they claim they deliver “an exceptional car-buying experience.” Their core values are “honesty, reliability, and superior customer service.” This is far from the truth at least for my experience. Back in February I stopped by to test drive a vehicle. I liked it but did not make a deal that Saturday (Feb. 22). Monday I talked to Ty, a sales manager, and we ended up making a deal. Bought a truck and 2 months later still have not recieved title to tag vehicle and the excise tax and monthly fees for not tagging vehicle are increasing and they dodge calls and the company that financed me
