Do not go here, you think you'll be dealing with only one person the entire time. Then the person will have to keep going back to talk to a sales manager. And suddenly you have two or three different people attempting to strong arm you into a vehicle you are not even wanting to get that is at a higher price. After this, I had left not wanting to deal with them. But since they already had my phone number I was barraged by multiple calls from them using different numbers and even was messaged by them. Again, do not go here

Probably the worst car buying experience I've suffered through. Originally came in to just look at a vehicle, had a great saleswoman help me and listen to what I wanted but then comes the sales manager. Talking about how I cant not buy it because she needs to tell her kids she sold a car. Eventually had to tell her we only wanted to speak to her if we were going to buy. JP Ford is great place to purchase a vehicle. They are all very friendly, and work very hard to meet your needs.Our sales lady Ashley was the very best. I will definitely will be a reoccurring customer.

I can't give less than one star but this is the worst dealership in the world. They lie to you every step of the way. They put on extra charges for things that they don't give you. They tell you that you have a factory warentee and then charge you for the warentee with out telling you that the warrentee costs money. They are currently also in breach of contract as they have yet to provide title and it's been almost 120 days. WORST EXPERIANCE EVER!!!!
