I got there on time. The doctor was a teeny bit late. No big deal and more than made up for by his professionalism and the sense that he had read both my intake papers and my referral AND also actually listened to my answers. First impression was a good one.
Dr. Proctor is great! No complaints with his level of care. Whoever is in charge of maintaining timelines for each patients appointment may need some support as anytime my son has had an appointment we've had to wait anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes past the appointment time before we're seen, then we're placed in a room and wait for the doctor for at least another half an hour.
Dr Proctor was very professional and answered all of my questions, was very happy to meet him.
