It took 32 days to repair my vehicle. I think it would have been completed in less time if I had taken it elsewhere. On the 31st day, I spoke with Cayla, and her customer service skills are not the best. She explained that she speaks bluntly, and that’s fine, but empathy goes a long way when speaking with a customer who has been without their car for over 30 days. On a positive note, now that the repairs on my vehicle have been completed, I am very happy with the actual repair work.
I took my car there for repairs. They did a wonderful job. But, I had an issue with the service of the passenger door windows not working properly. At first I was a little irritated because nothing was being done to rectify the issue I thought! After inspecting the issue, not only did they correct the problem, but, gave me a new battery also, even though they didn't have to. Great customer service and great concern for my situation! Do whatever you can to avoid this place. Original repair time estimate they gave was 2 weeks and it took 2 months; there was a new repair to be done every time they called me and it got to the point I thought each call was a bad joke- my suspicion is they want it to be as expensive as possible. They deconstructed my previously drivable car beyond usability before even ordering the replacement parts. Canon did an amazing job on the Silverado. I could not be more pleased with the work they did on the door. I will definitely be back.
Absolutely amazing service! My car looks like the accident never happened! They even detailed the whole car for me. They were kind and let me use one of their cars to help me save money on a rental so I could take my special needs daughter to her therapies and school. I know they only have one car like that to offer so I think it’s a first come first serve basis. They kept me updated every 2-3 days on progress. And they priced lower than all the other body shops in town. Thanks so much cannon!
