I have only dealt with them one day, will be my last. Attempted via phone three times March 26, 2026. The first time while on hold for near 10 minutes I was connected to another customer that was also on hold. The second time the operator told me she would ring a direct line, it finally timed out and disconnected. The third time no employee answered.
