Lauren was so easy to work with and made the process of choosing and replacing carpet in our living room and den very seamless! The installation team led by Juan and including Adany, Noe, and Lino were sooooo fast and efficient over the two days of installation. They moved all the furniture in and out, and my new carpet is GORGEOUS! 10/10 recommend!
Mark made this the easiest process for us to do while we were moving to another state. He came and did the estimate the day after I called, sent me all of the info I needed via email so that I didn’t have to come into the store, and did the installation after I had already moved. He made an extremely chaotic time stress free, was quick to respond, and such a nice guy. The carpets look fantastic and our house is now move in ready. Highly recommend!
