Had the best experience today with cannon brothers! Our AC has been out since this weekend and we’ve been miserable. They called us first thing today, were at my home within a few hours, and had our AC fixed within half an hour! We couldn’t be more grateful for their services.
Called for maintenance. Need service every year after. Called today. Tech asked me to quit blowing up his phone. I never had problems until I called them for a check-up! And I bought the unit from them Buyer beware.
Charles Chestney did the maintenance on my 4 A/C units. He was knowledgeable and professional. Explained the condition of each given their different ages. Had some recommendations that I had done at a reasonable fair price. My home warranty company wanted three times the cost for doing the exact same thing. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of Cannon Brothers. Will continue my maintenance contract with them for this very reason.
