Lived in Mohawk manor apartments for 12 years and I have not had one good experience while renting with cannons. The ladies in the office will not listen to a thing you have to say. The maintenance guys are not experienced in half of things that have gone wrong while staying there. Our heater has been stuck on for 6 years and they have been out every year and have not fixed the issue same with constant running water and more.
