My tour went great I love the place and was ready to move in. Then it took over 3 weeks to review my application. My application was denied for three reasons all three of which were irrelevant to my situation or illegal. I tried to open a dispute to have them rethink their decision and was met with so many obstacles that it just doesn't make any sense. Well laid out apartments with nice kitchen design and heat pumps (heat and a/c). Covered parking.
The maintenance team was very responsive and got the lock fixed within a half business day of me making the request. Great work.
