My original one-star review is irrelevant at this point and for very excellent reasons. Not only was management willing to listen to my grievance, the in-house manager, Lyndie. worked very hard to give everything a fresh start. Her effort is instrumental in my new-tenant status and I'm grateful. It seems the mistake that got me denied was just that, a mistake. That's what it really comes down to.
