Struck me as very sterile. No character.
My original one-star review is irrelevant at this point and for very excellent reasons. Not only was management willing to listen to my grievance, the in-house manager, Lindy, worked very hard to give everything a fresh start. Her effort is instrumental in my new-tenant status and I'm grateful. It seems the mistake that got me denied was just that, a mistake. That's what it really comes down to. My tour went great I love the place and was ready to move in. Then it took over 3 weeks to review my application. My application was denied for three reasons all three of which were irrelevant to my situation or illegal. I tried to open a dispute to have them rethink their decision and was met with so many obstacles that it just doesn't make any sense. I'm uncertain how they got to their decision to deny my application since I had already filled out applications at three other facilities that were approved. All that being sa... read more
