Beautiful property located a few blocks from old town Sherwood. Friendly and helpful staff
I do not recommend a bottom-floor apartment. The neighbor above stomps and throws stuff until midnight to 2 am and again from 6 am for the past 3 1/2 months. I have complained several times, and they offered to switch me to another 1-bedroom with a loft, but then they rented it to someone else. The lady above got worse after they talked to her. I am counting down the months until the lease is over. It doesn’t let me upload the videos, but I have tons of them!
A terrible place, raising rent on a new lease by 250 per month, to 2650 on an old unit, and a person renting a new apartment can get it for 2400 a month, unfair treatment for long time tenants, be aware , this is discrimination.they are not family friendly.
