I have been at these apartments for 2 years almost and Tamana has done EVERYTHING to make sure that I am taken care of. She also listens to your concerns and does what she can to make sure you are comfortable. She understands the value of your money and wants to make sure you have a comfortable living experience. She is very detail oriented and stays on top of things. I am so grateful we have her at our apartments. She has made nothing but a positive impact.
The property manager Tamana is rude . She calls more than 5 times when I am working and said I need to answer her asap when she calls ( talk about entitlement !!) I’ve dealt with her a handful of times and she is the reason why so many residents are leaving the apartments. She is not professional at all!! She has no problem solving tactics and reacts out of pity ! The hallways smell like piss and the elevators and doors are constantly breaking down! She has yet to fix these issues !!!

The property manager, Tamana Moradi, took me step-by-step through the application process for the Cannery Apartments in Gilroy, CA. She is so sharp and detail-oriented. Tamana is also an excellent listener and creative problem solver. She is the most responsive PM ever and they are lucky to have her!
